I just learned Matthew Hogue has rented a unit again so in his last review where he said everything was terrible and he didn’t have 24 hour access which you do have at an additional cost as well as having to repair the Glide on the overhead door to place his lock …..he’s back! Why come back after your posted rant? You posted you would never come back!
Well we are glad to accommodate you this month! MUST NOT BEEN AS BAD AS POSTED! Whatever you found incorrect or not functional you could’ve called us and we would’ve rectified your grievance. Instead you posted derogatory information. Which was very unkind but you’re more than welcome to stay.
Helped one of my sons friends take his stuff to storage. The area was clean and neat, however it was set up super tight for a truck towing a trailer to get in, unload and get out.
